Arriving at Sachsenhausen Concentration Camp.

Wall map showing the remaining area of the museum in orange.

Wall photographs.....

The main entrance to the camp......

...with it's main gate - 'Work sets you free'

The former inmates huts are now just rectangles of gravel.
The area to the left of the path is where the roll-call took place.

If a prisoner set foot onto the zone, they would be shot.

Re-creation of one of the huts......

The prisoner slept three to a bunk.

Lavatory facilities.

Washroom.

Guard Tower.

Crematorium ovens.

Soviet liberation memorial obelisk.

Statues at the base of the obelisk.

The execution trench - where prisoners would be herded in to be massacred by the guards standing around the perimeter.

Memorial in the crematorium.

The Crematorium.

Back in Berlin - the Kaiser Wilhelm church from the coach.

Kay was rather taken with the easter display inside the Intercontinental Hotel.

Relaxing with a bier in the Tiergarten near the hotel.

I have no idea.......

Some images from our 'Berlin by Night' trip to a restaurant.
